Ducati 250....assembled from parts off the shelf @ YBM Cycles near Philadelphia PA 1974-75.....Diana Mk III engine w/ 350 piston.....Mike Roberts was head of the Service Dept. at YBM and built this bike using some of the best / prettiest parts of the various 250 models.. Mach 1 seat & tank, factory clip-ons and rear sets, etc. No S/N on engine cases, only DM 250.
Swapped the voltage regulator and alternator for a stock magneto and ran total loss electrics with a 12-volt battery for the 6-volt lights, which were very bright and got me home from school after dark before the charge ran out....also got me quite a few warnings riding in the mountains with no headlight.
